 Phil Foster
Phil went "unwillingly" to see a group called the Nations Quartet,
way back in the early 80's. Ever since then, he has been "hooked" on
southern gospel music. In the years to follow, Phil has been involved with
several groups, but has always felt led to be a promoter of this wonderful
style of music.
Victory Promotions is a company that wants to see lives changed through
Southern Gospel Music, and we have seen that goal come true. We've seen peoples
lives changed and turned around, simply because they came to hear the gospel
through music.
